Halloween weekend is here, and if you’re planning to keep the spooky spirit alive in your living room, this week’s OTT releases are packed with supernatural flair. From mythical legends to eerie towns and monster hunts, every title brings a dose of mystery and magic. Watch Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra, a Malayalam blockbuster rooted in folklore; Kantara: A Legend Chapter 1, a divine origin story; The Witcher season four with its monster-slaying mayhem; and It: Welcome to Derry, a spine-chilling prequel perfect for Halloween night. Consider your weekend binge officially haunted.

Which leads us to other shows we’ve binged recently—the latest season of Nobody Wants This, in which we spotted an accessory trend that got us talking. A gold nameplate necklace gifted to Joanne (Kristen Bell) by her boyfriend, Noah (Adam Brody). While we won’t go into spoilers here, the necklace by Jennifer Meyer is serving as a sartorial plot twist while also bringing back into the spotlight this popular style.

In other news, we’re still not over Adelle Waldman’s Help Wanted—our October pick for The Nod Book Club. So, we called in actor and bookworm Namita Dubey to do what she does best: ask a lot of questions. In this chat, Waldman spills on how her day job inspired the book, who she’d cast in a movie version, and a whole lot more. Watch the full video here.
