Vacation wardrobe woes? The Honeymoon Edit is the only packing list you’ll need

If you’re shopping for your wedding at The Wedding Collective, it’s likely you’re on the hunt for some vacation-worthy OOTDs for your honeymoon too. At this year’s edition of the one-stop destination for all things wedding, The Honeymoon Edit returns with a fresh curation of brands, each handpicked by stylist Naheed Driver for their unique perspective on contemporary holiday dressing.

“I was very conscious that none of the brands overlapped in style, so every brand brings something different. Each label has its own aesthetic, signature silhouette, and personality, so there’s truly something for everyone,” says Driver.

Besides being able to see and try the clothes in person, visitors can meet the founders and design teams behind the labels and even ask Driver for styling advice while they shop.

Her post-wedding holiday packing strategy begins with the destination: “If you’re heading to a beach, invest in a beautiful cover-up, it’s something you’ll end up wearing constantly. For a city honeymoon, I’d recommend a great blazer or lightweight jacket.” More importantly, she advises against cramming the suitcase with contingency outfits. “Choose pieces you can style in different ways instead of filling your suitcase with ‘just in case’ options,” she says.

Ituvana

For the person planning to spend most of the honeymoon within walking distance of the sea, Ituvana offers fluid, free-flowing pieces cut from silk, linen and cotton, alongside styles in pashmina and cashmere for cooler destinations. Drawing on Indian and Indonesian textile traditions, its relaxed silhouettes look considered without ever feeling over the top. It’s also one of Driver’s personal favourites. “Ituvana’s fabrics, silhouettes and fluidity are just beautiful. I can totally picture myself sitting on a beach wearing them,” she says.

Kanika Goyal Label

Want a honeymoon wardrobe that goes beyond traditional resort wear? Kanika Goyal Label’s lineup includes sheer tops finished with quirky embellishments, eye-catching denim, graphic men’s shirts, along with the sharply constructed tailoring for which the designer is known. Driver points to the label’s “beautifully tailored, refined pieces”, which work particularly well for a city itinerary—looks that can go from gallery hopping all day to a nice dinner reservation with ease.

Nipa Badiani

For travellers who want their wardrobe to feel as exciting and memorable as the destination, there’s Nipa Badiani’s statement pieces. Think embellished jackets and printed capes that are capable of doing most of the work when the rest of the outfit is relatively simple, and boho separates with cowrie shells, ruffles, and tassels. Driver sees the label as one “for the whimsical, bohemian spirit.”

Ode to Odd

For something gentler and more romantic, there’s Ode to Odd’s crochet-adorned bibs, diaphanous skirts, and cottagecore style dresses made to be worn, treasured, and revisited long after the honeymoon ends. Driver recommends the label for “someone with a softer, more feminine style.” Its dreamy pieces are intended for travellers drawn to delicate details—and for anyone whose honeymoon plans involve slow dinners, old hotels, and long walks in picturesque fields or botanical gardens.

Redefine by RD

Rhinestone-studded denim jackets, capes, and jeans form the backbone of Refine by Riddhi Doshi’s offering. Her pieces are perfect for nights out on the town, concerts, and carnivals. There’s a fantastic edit of vibrant prints too for anyone looking to add personality to their travel wardrobe.

RIGU

Dopamine dressers, this one’s for you. RIGU’s vibrant pieces combine original hand-painted prints with fuss-free silhouettes. Their versatile co-ord sets, shift dresses, and skirts make dressing for the summer easy. The appeal is straightforward: bold colour, plenty of print, and outfits that require very little coordination. As Driver notes, its “bold, vibrant prints” make it a standout choice for travellers looking to add colour and confidence to their honeymoon wardrobe.

Tara & I

Mumbai-based Tara & I offers polished everyday pieces brought alive by distinctive prints, luxurious fabrics, and flattering cuts. If you’re on the hunt for a nice going out top or jacket, a flirty bubble hem dress, or elevated sets for special occasions, this label is for you. According to Driver, Tara & I nails “elevated everyday dressing.”

Til by AV

Til by AV’s garments are like transportive postcards with their painterly designs and rich colour palettes across wearable silhouettes. The label draws from Indian craftsmanship, resulting in clothes that feel like art you can wear on holiday. “Til, for me, is pure art,” says Driver. “Every piece is so thoughtfully designed with incredible attention to detail.”

Urvashi Kaur

Urvashi Kaur’s minimalist, consciously designed pieces sit at the quieter end of the edit. The label works with natural textures and loose, airy silhouettes, creating understated elegant layers for unhurried itineraries no matter the postcode. Rather than relying on heavy embellishment or loud prints, the magic here is in the way the fabric falls and moves. For Driver, the appeal lies in its “airy, effortless and dreamlike” quality.
