My inner 13-year-old can’t wait for tomorrow. Why, you ask? Because I’m going to an Enrique Iglesias concert, finally! The last time he came to India was in 2012, and he only performed in Pune. As a teen living in Mumbai, my desire to attend was met with laughter. But I’m getting my chance to listen to ‘Hero’ in person, this time just a stone’s throw from The Nod office.
In other news, the past week has been a blur of kaju katli, jalebis, and (if you’re in Mumbai) a whole lot of rain. Now, a diet of salad and dal-rice is all that’s on my mind, but if you want a comfort meal in a fancy yet affordable cafe, the new NMACC Theatre Cafe at Swadesh is where it’s at.
