Mumbai’s fashion crowd barely had time for an outfit change this weekend. In BKC, brides-to-be, with their entourages in tow, hovered from stall to stall in their Hermès Orans at the second edition of The Wedding Collective. The bag du jour? The Chanel 25, which quietly muscled its way to It-bag status on the arms of well-clad women. If you didn’t clock at least five between the coffee bar and the couture stalls, were you even there?

Across town, Outhouse hosted a runway show marking its 13th anniversary on Saturday. Kaabia and Sasha Grewal reminded everyone their label still makes the kind of accessories that can stop traffic (or at least a scroll). Their spectacle was less about baubles, more about body armour: nail jewels that swung with every gesture, a skeletal gold waspie that cinched the torso, and conical bras plated in gold and strung with pearls—a wink to Madonna’s Jean Paul Gaultier era that would have made the Queen of Pop herself clap in approval. Phones shot up in unison the second the models walked onto the runway. It was sexy, sculptural, and completely over the top (in the best way).

Below, check out what fashion is giving people the ick on first dates and what’s working, how to wear a scarf like a stylist, and why a haircut is always a good idea.
