Still from 'The Four Seasons'

Now that you’ve binged The Pitt, mourned The White Lotus, and are still emotionally recovering from The Last of Us S2E2, it’s time to hit play on some fresh picks.

This week’s streaming slate has the full spread—celebrity chefs serving Michelin-grade wisdom, royals bickering over palaces and paternity, midlife marital meltdowns, and even apocalyptic snowfall. Whether you’re in the mood for political pastries, deadpan comedy, or Ekta Kapoor-style drama with a heritage twist, we’ve got something worth staying in for.

01

‘Chef’s Table: Legends’ on Netflix

Ten years in, Chef’s Table still plates up perfection. This time it features culinary icons Jamie Oliver, José Andrés, Alice Waters, and Thomas Keller. Think of it as fine dining for your eyeballs: gorgeously shot kitchens, simmering philosophies, and more Michelin stars than your average night sky. So, whether you’re here for the food or the chef drama, this anniversary season is a feast worth devouring.

‘The Four Seasons’ on Netflix

What do you get when three long-time couples hit their fifties, still vacation together four times a year, and one of them suddenly files for divorce? A year of chaos, comedy, and emotional carnage. The Four Seasons follows three long-married couples navigating midlife bombshells. Created by Tina Fey, the show is for anyone who’s had to fake-laugh through a couple’s argument at dinner.

‘Costao’ on Zee5

Costao stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui as a no-nonsense 1990s customs officer in Goa taking on a dangerous gold smuggling syndicate led by a vengeful mob boss. What follows is a tale of duty, betrayal, and moral reckoning, set to a soundtrack of car chases and beach scenery. While the film doesn’t dive too deep into its Goan setting, it’s a decent, mid-level, family-friendly crime drama elevated, unsurprisingly, by Siddiqui’s magnetic presence.

‘The Eternaut’ on Netflix

In The Eternaut, a summer evening turns apocalyptic when all electronics suddenly fail and a mysterious, deadly snow begins to fall. Juan Salvo must leave his shelter to find his ex-wife and daughter, braving the frozen unknown. Based on Héctor Germán Oesterheld’s iconic 1950s comic, this Argentine miniseries is a gripping sci-fi survival saga with chilling The Last of Us vibes, minus the fungi but with just as much emotional frostbite.

‘Brett Goldstein: The Second Best Night of Your Life’ on JioHotstar

Brett Goldstein swaps the grunts for gags in The Second Best Night of Your Life, his first comedy special. It’s got puppets, musicals, and tales from the White House—but don’t expect Roy Kent-level charisma right away. If you’re a die-hard fan, it’s a fun, if uneven, peek into his stand-up roots. For everyone else, it’s an amusing watch best served with laundry folding.

‘Kull’ on JioHotstar

If Succession took a detour through Balaji Telefilms, you’d get Kull. Set in the not-at-all-Rajasthan city of Bilkaner, this drama throws royal tantrums, illegitimate heirs, murder, and hotel deals into one very Ekta Kapoor-style masala pot. It’s full-blown soap opera energy, with designer saris, palace politics, and just enough secrets to keep you mildly hooked.

‘Carême’ on Apple TV+

Forget diplomacy; in Napoleonic France, dessert is doing the talking. Set in post-revolution France, Carême follows Marie-Antoine Carême, a charming young chef hired by Napoleon’s foreign minister to whip up dazzling pastries that can win over political rivals. But this is no ordinary cooking gig. Carême soon finds himself caught in the middle of spy games, seductions, and secret missions, all while changing the face of French cuisine. Lavish, dramatic, and full of flair, this campy show is MasterChef meets Mission Impossible.
